Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our remote AI-fintech ecosystem. You will identify top talent, present the Assetara opportunity professionally, and manage a candidate pipeline from outreach to screening.

In this remote role you will conduct short initial interviews, handle 2–3 interviews daily when possible, and ensure compliant communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and objection handling skills.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is beneficial.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting and team communications.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing and outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and job boards.
• Engage candidates, present Assetara opportunity, and address questions.
• Conduct structured 15–20 minute first-stage interviews via Zoom/Meet.
• Conduct 2–3 first-stage interviews per working day, subject to candidate availability.
• Maintain candidate records and refer qualified candidates for final-stage interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and privacy requirements.
