Responsibilities

• Source candidates and post jobs across channels.
• Review inbound applications and pre-screen candidates.
• Schedule interviews with candidates across time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview.
• Maintain daily candidate pipeline logs and report to leadership.
