Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR operations/administration experience, preferably remote.
• Sound knowledge of SA labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication for a remote environment.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage HR processes for a remote workforce.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS.
• Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Support policy implementation and compliance across the org.
• Process employment contracts, verifications, and leave requests.
• Coordinate with payroll providers for salaries and payments.
• Provide first-level HR support to staff and managers.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Contribute to projects improving remote HR operations.
