Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job advertisements and screening candidate applications.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and system updates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to basic employee HR inquiries under supervision.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
• Support the HR team in various projects and daily operations.
• Learn and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive remote work environment.
• Shadow HR professionals to gain insights into different HR functions.
