Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join the Employee Relations team on a fully remote basis. The role targets students or recent graduates, offering exposure to investigations, policy implementation, and employee engagement activities.

You will work with the ER group to gain practical skills, learn HR processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture within a global organisation. Remote work provides flexibility and valuable mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, psychology, law, or related field.
• Strong interest in Employee Relations and Human Resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating employee grievances and concerns under supervision.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Help in organising and facilitating employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of HR documentation and training materials.
• Research best practices in employee relations and workplace culture.
• Maintain confidential records and assist with HR administration tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Support HR projects related to compliance and employee well-being.
• Shadow experienced HR professionals to gain insight into ER functions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on ER-related activities.
