• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 4+ years as HR Generalist, with remote experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support across time zones for employees and managers.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, offboarding.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and employee relations.
• Investigate employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair resolutions.
• Support talent acquisition incl. sourcing, screening, interviews for remote roles.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in the HRIS.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration, ensuring equity.
• Help develop remote-friendly HR policies and initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement and remote culture.
