Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking an organized, proactive Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes and maintain accurate records while supporting managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.
• Knowledge of US HR practices, employment policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, integration of new hires.
• Address employee questions, support conflict resolution, and maintain professional relationships.
• Coordinate performance reviews, feedback, training programs, and development initiatives.
• Maintain payroll-related data, attendance, leave, compensation, and benefits records.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with employees, managers, leadership, Finance, and others to deliver HR services.
