Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Specialist to join a distributed team. You will manage recruitment for remote and in-office roles and lead employee engagement initiatives tailored for a remote workforce.

You will provide guidance on HR policies, administer performance, compensation, and benefits programs, and maintain confidential records in the HRIS while ensuring data integrity across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with remote work.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations & HR admin.
• Strong written and verbal communication across virtual platforms.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems and collaboration tools.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
