Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of HR principles and metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment effectiveness).
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Assist in the design and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives through data analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
