Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior HR Analyst for a rapidly expanding financial services group headquartered in Centurion, Gauteng. You will collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics, develop dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field, 5–7 years in HR analytics, and strong experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle), Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or HR-related field.
5–7 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar data role.
Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to translate data into actionable leadership insights.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and reports.
Analyze HR data to identify trends in demographics, recruitment, performance, and retention.
Conduct statistical analyses to support workforce planning and talent movement.
Design ad-hoc reports to answer specific HR questions.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reports.
Collaborate with HRBPs to understand data needs and provide analytics support.
Develop predictive models for turnover and recruitment lead times.
Present findings to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Stay current with HR analytics best practices and technologies.
