About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing digital services company, is seeking a proactive and engaging HR Coordinator with a passion for Employee Experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the freedom to work from anywhere. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. You will be instrumental in executing programs that promote employee well-being and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and informative experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.

Requirements
