Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Generalist to manage HR functions from a distributed platform. You will oversee onboarding, policy implementation, HR data management, and employee relations to ensure a consistent employee experience across locations.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, HRIS experience, and knowledge of labor laws. You will support managers and staff, maintain records, and contribute to a positive remote-first culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of South African labor law is advantageous.
