You will drive engagement, manage talent development, and ensure HR best practices across jurisdictions, while navigating diverse labour laws and remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and remote execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Advise on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with guidance and resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture remotely.
• Support organizational design and change management for a distributed workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws across jurisdictions.
