Qualifications

Master's degree in HR/Industrial Psychology is required.
8+ years of HR experience with at least 4 years as HR Business Partner.
Proven ability to lead complex HR projects and strategic initiatives.

Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational change.
