Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation. Operating entirely remotely, you will advise business units on talent management, employee relations, and organisational development, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, succession, and change management, using HR analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HRM, MBA, or related field.
• Extensive HRBP experience, including remote or distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, labour law and org development.
• Excellent consulting, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in HRIS and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and autonomous problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to assigned business leaders on talent and org effectiveness.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives, including workforce and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations and coach leaders on HR matters.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies for competitiveness.
• Facilitate remote change management and foster positive culture.
• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights to stakeholders.
