Job summary

Placements24 seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to remotely support its Paarl operations. You will advise business leaders, align HR strategies with goals, and drive people initiatives that foster high performance and continuous improvement.

You will focus on talent management, organizational design, change management and employee engagement to influence business strategy from a remote location while staying connected to the Paarl context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Experience in change management, talent development and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and advise on cultural development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fair policy application.
• Drive talent management processes including succession planning and performance management.
