Qualifications

• 5+ years as HR Business Partner, preferably in operational or industrial settings.
• Experience in remote or distributed organizations.
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong capabilities in change management, talent management and performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership, aligning HR strategies with business needs.
• Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning for operational teams.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues within operational departments.
• Implement performance management processes to drive productivity and accountability.
• Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain key operational talent.
• Champion HR initiatives and contribute to a positive remote work culture.
