Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize revenue across a multi-property portfolio. You will forecast demand, set pricing, and manage inventory across OTAs, GDS, and direct channels from a home office.

In this fully remote role, you will deliver data-driven insights to hotel management teams across South Africa, build forecasts, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize RevPAR and occupancy while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a multi-property environment.
• Proficiency with PMS and RMS systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to interpret data.
• Experience with OTAs and GDS channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR.
• Forecast demand using historical data, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Set and adjust room rates and availability across distribution channels.
• Manage inventory controls and apply yield management practices.
• Prepare regular revenue performance reports and strategic recommendations.
