Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Revenue Management Analyst for a prestigious South Africa hotel group. You will forecast demand, set pricing, and optimize inventory across properties from a fully remote role.

The role requires 3–5 years in revenue management, a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, RMS experience, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with hotel management to maximize occupancy and ADR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience with RMS and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across distribution channels to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Manage inventory and length-of-stay restrictions to optimize revenue performance.
• Monitor booking pace, pick-up, and cancellation trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular revenue management reports, including forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Utilize revenue management software and data tools to drive informed decisions.
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular audits of rates and availability across booking platforms.
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends in revenue management.
