Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or guest relations role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with CRM software and common office apps.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Maintain guest records and update information in the property management system.
• Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure.
