Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Manager to join our fully remote hospitality team. You will be the primary contact for guests, delivering outstanding service via email, chat, and phone, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

In this remote role, you will develop strategies to boost guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, maintain in-depth knowledge of provided services, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, handling challenging situations with tact and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a remote setting.
• A passion for service excellence and a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest communications, inquiries, and feedback through email, phone, and chat platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Proactively identify and address guest needs and concerns to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay or interaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, utilizing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the client's services and offerings to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure guest requests and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Document all guest interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
