Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Remote Hotel Reservations Specialist to manage bookings and inquiries from guests worldwide. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while providing essential support, handling reservations and questions about properties and availability for a seamless booking experience.

You will communicate via phone, email, and online platforms, coordinate with front desks, and maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and promotions.

Formación

• Proven experience in hotel reservations, travel booking, or customer service in travel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with reservation software and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet access.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the reservation system.
