Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, and special requests.
• Identify and resolve guest issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the CRM system.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B for timely service.
• Gather guest feedback and support service improvements.
