Placements24 is seeking a Remote Guest Relations Specialist to join a globally recognized hospitality brand. You will be the primary contact for guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about services from a remote setting.

Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential to maintain top-tier service standards. In this role you will manage bookings, respond to feedback, and collaborate with operations while working fully from home.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in guest relations or customer service in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• Able to work independently from a remote home environment.
• Fast, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist guests with bookings, modifications and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to meet guest needs.
• Collect guest feedback and report trends to management.
