Placements24 is seeking a remote Guest Relations Specialist to join our hospitality client’s fully remote team. You will enhance guest satisfaction through proactive communication, personalized service, and rapid problem-solving from your home office.

The role requires 3+ years in guest relations, excellent English, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently across time zones. You will collaborate with property managers and support staff to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in guest relations or customer service, preferably remote.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Empathetic, patient and professional in all guest interactions.
• Tech-savvy with reliable internet and dedicated home office.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences.
• High school diploma; hospitality degree a plus.
