Placements24 is seeking a Remote Guest Relations Specialist for a leading hospitality provider. This fully remote role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests across email, chat, and phone, from initial inquiries to post-stay feedback.

You will work independently from a quiet home office, using CRM tools to log interactions, resolve issues, and upsell services while collaborating with a distributed team. Salary is competitive and remote-friendly within South Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably hospitality or tourism.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor.
• Proficiency with online communication tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather guest feedback and report recurring issues to management for service improvement.
• Maintain accurate guest records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
• Upsell additional services and amenities when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill guest needs.
• Adhere to company service standards and communication protocols.
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience from start to finish.
