Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an exceptionally talented Content & Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute the global voice and content strategy for a US cybersecurity and WhiteHat AI safety firm. Fully remote role; reside in South Africa and align with US East Coast hours.

Ghostwrite executive-level content, grow audiences on LinkedIn and X, and manage demand programs with paid campaigns. You will translate complex AI security topics into sharp B2B papers and blogs, track performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B content marketing, executive ghostwriting, or developer relations in cybersecurity/AI.
• Proven track record growing executive or brand audiences on LinkedIn and X.
• Experience with paid campaigns on LinkedIn (preferred) and X.
• GA4, UTM tagging, and content performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic audience growth strategy across LinkedIn and X.
• Ghostwrite high-impact thought leadership for C-suite executives.
• Manage demand generation programs, including white papers and webinars.
• Collaborate with leadership and engineering to translate technical specs into accessible content.
• Track performance using GA4, UTM tags, and attribution metrics.
