Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Technical Content Writer based in South Africa to translate complex software concepts into clear, engaging content for technical decision-makers.

You will develop AI, cloud, web and mobile content; collaborate with marketing, engineering and leadership; and produce blogs, case studies, whitepapers, technical guides and product release notes while supporting SEO, lead generation, and brand consistency in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development company, AI/ML firm, SaaS, or IT services.
• Ability to explain complex technical and business concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating long-form technical content, educational articles, or thought-leadership pieces.
• Excellent writing, research, editing, and storytelling skills with strong grammar and clarity.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational understanding of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs, generative AI, model training, and data pipelines.
• Understanding of SEO best practices to attract audiences and support conversion goals.
• A portfolio of published work covering technology, software, AI, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, guides, website pages, product release notes, and thought-leadership articles.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, PMs, and leadership to translate complex solutions into accessible stories.
• Understand services and audiences to ensure content addresses technical decision-makers.
• Support SEO and lead generation across the marketing funnel.
• Showcase engineering expertise with narratives on capabilities, processes, and client impact.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, ML, cloud, DevOps.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to CTOs, engineering leaders, founders, and executives.
• Manage editorial delivery and maintain the editorial calendar.
• Maintain brand consistency and refine the brand voice as the content function evolves.
• Continuously improve content using research, audience insights, and performance data.
