About the Role

AI Solutions Lead - Marketing & Content

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Lead and Marketing & Content for our client to drive the strategy, development, and deployment of internal AI solutions across marketing, copywriting, and creative content functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, in-house generative AI capabilities, particularly for handling sensitive digital content, while ensuring compliance, scalability, and strong data governance. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to design and implement AI‑powered workflows that align with business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the strategy and deployment of internal AI systems for marketing, copywriting, and creative content
• Build and maintain in-house generative AI capabilities capable of handling sensitive or adult digital content
• Architect, integrate, and scale custom AI tools while ensuring compliance and strong data governance
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop AI‑driven workflows tailored to business needs

Requirements

• Experience with private AI deployment, fine‑tuning language models, and enterprise AI platforms
• Strong understanding of secure AI architectures and data privacy best practices
• Proficiency in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or content generation pipelines

Nice to Have

• Experience with privacy‑preserving AI tools or data governance frameworks
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance tooling

Compensation

$20 - $21 an hour
