Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous, especially graduate recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the graduate job market and student career aspirations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with friendly, approachable tone.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media.

Responsibilities
