Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Assistant to join a dynamic HR team. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client positions, across industries.

You will assist in the recruitment lifecycle and contribute to successful talent placement. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR/psychology or related field, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment system records.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Conduct reference checks and gather necessary documentation.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
