This fully remote role emphasizes developing sourcing strategies, university partnerships, and a strong candidate pipeline for early-career roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graduate recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup within South Africa.

Qualificações

• Experience in graduate, intern, or entry-level recruitment programs.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for early-career candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate programs.
• Source candidates via university partnerships, fairs, and online platforms.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screen, interview, assess.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and pipelines.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Track metrics and report program progress and effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives targeted at students.
