Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruitment Specialist to manage graduate programs for a leading organization. You will design and run university recruitment campaigns, engage with students and career services, and manage the full selection process from application to offer in a fully remote setup.

The role requires at least 3 years in graduate recruitment, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS and virtual event platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, focused on graduate or early-career hiring.
• Proven ability to design and run university recruitment campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS and virtual events; remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate programs.
• Build relationships with university career services and student groups.
• Organize and run virtual recruitment events and online sessions.
• Manage ATS, screen applications, track progress, generate reports.
• Conduct virtual interviews and assessments.
• Oversee offer process and onboarding for graduates.
• Shape employer branding to attract top graduate talent.
• Forecast talent needs with internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed on graduate employment trends.
