About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and grow its graduate and entry-level recruitment programs. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and recruit high-potential graduates and early-career professionals for a wide range of client companies. This role requires a passion for nurturing talent, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions and candidates. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and digital platforms to reach a diverse pool of emerging talent. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate and entry-level programs across various client organizations.
• Source and engage potential candidates through university partnerships, career fairs (virtual and in-person), online platforms, and social media.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a strong candidate pipeline for entry-level roles.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and career services departments.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on program progress and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on graduate, intern, or entry-level recruitment programs.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a consultancy or corporate HR setting.

• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
