Placements24 is seeking a Lead Recruitment Strategist to design and drive innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies for a global client base. This remote role requires building and mentoring a distributed team of recruitment professionals while overseeing end-to-end processes and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of strategic talent acquisition experience, strong leadership, and expertise with ATS/CRM tools and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic talent acquisition and recruitment, with proven leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with modern recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools).
• Excellent understanding of employer branding and digital marketing.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies for diverse clients.
• Lead and mentor a distributed recruitment team to high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring quality and candidate experience.
• Conduct market analysis and provide strategic talent insights.
• Develop and optimize employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Leverage recruitment technologies including AI-powered tools to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to translate workforce needs into actionable plans.
• Manage budgets and resources across remote teams.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure strategy effectiveness.
• Continuously research and adopt new recruitment methodologies.
