Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to operate in a fully remote capacity, focusing on international talent acquisition for diverse industries. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for global clients and build lasting relationships with stakeholders across borders.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in recruitment, excellent communication, and expertise with ATS/CRM tools. A Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment consultancy experience, international or executive search.
• Ability to manage complex search assignments and meet placement targets.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies and ATS/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international clients and source candidates globally.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract high-caliber talent.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, reference checks and skill evaluations.
• Negotiate and close offers for a seamless process for clients and candidates.
• Utilize recruitment technologies, CRM systems, and global databases effectively.
• Stay updated on global market trends, labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of remote recruitment processes.
