You will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, mentor a high‑performing team, implement advanced TA strategies and optimize recruitment technologies to enhance candidate experience, bias-free selection, and client success in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment management, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic TA programs.
• Strong leadership, team coaching, and coaching abilities.
• Experience using recruitment tools, ATS, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
