Placements24 is seeking an experienced General Counsel for a fully remote leadership role in a cutting-edge SaaS company. You will oversee all legal affairs, including corporate governance, IP, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation management, drawing on 10+ years of technology-law experience.

• Admitted Attorney with extensive experience in technology-focused legal practice.
• Proven track record as General Counsel or senior legal leader in a tech company, ideally SaaS.
• Experience in corporate governance, IP management, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all legal matters: governance, securities, IP, M&A, contracts, employment law, regulatory compliance.
• Develop legal strategies aligned with business goals and growth.
• Manage IP portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and external counsel relationships.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements including SaaS, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Advise Board and executive team on legal and strategic issues.
• Lead litigation management and regulatory investigations as needed.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the org.
