Formación

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of corporate law experience.
• Proven expertise in handling complex corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of South African corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote work.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel on governance, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
