You will be responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including corporate governance, intellectual property, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology law, experience scaling legal operations in a high-growth environment, and the ability to provide proactive, business-oriented legal advice. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters, including corporate governance, securities law, IP, M&A, commercial contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth trajectory.
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on legal and strategic issues.
• Oversee and manage any litigation or regulatory investigations.
• Build and manage relationships with external counsel and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, including significant experience in the technology sector.
• Proven experience as General Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel in a technology company, preferably with a SaaS focus.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, IP, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience scaling legal functions in a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Familiarity with international data privacy regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Must be technically proficient and have a reliable home office setup.
