- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 6+ years in commercial law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, licensing and partnership contracts.
- Strong SaaS, IP and data privacy knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and written/verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, licensing and partnership contracts.
- Advise stakeholders on contractual terms, risks and best practices.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal.
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws and industry standards.
- Support product development, marketing and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear advice.
- Develop standard contract templates and playbooks.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve disputes and manage risks.
- Stay updated on evolving commercial law and tech trends.
