This fully remote role focuses on grants, major gifts, and targeted outreach with cross-functional collaboration across marketing and program teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years in fundraising, proven grant success, and strong proposal writing and communication skills to grow donor engagement globally.

About the Role

Our client, a respected international charity organization, is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Fundraising and Development Officer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Fundraising, Marketing, Business Administration, Philanthropy, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or a related role within the non-profit sector.
• Proven success in securing grants and major gifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proposal writing and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) for donor management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
