Placements24 is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager for a fully remote role. You will own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and complex financial modeling to steer strategic decisions and drive performance across a global team.

You will deliver monthly performance analyses, KPIs, and actionable insights to senior leadership while partnering with business units to optimize financial drivers. A flexible, data‑driven culture supports your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in FP&A, planning, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the organization.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and scenarios.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
