Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our expanding team in a fully remote role. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while partnering with cross-functional leaders to translate data into strategic action.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, strong Excel and FP&A tooling skills, and a track record of delivering insights that inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is a strong asset.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint and FP&A software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and remote-working communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Conduct variance analyses, profitability studies, and scenario modeling.
• Develop financial models to support new initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy.
