Transport is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to join our global, fully remote team. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives across business units.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, build complex financial models, and provide actionable insights to influence decision-making and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.

Mansioni

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
