Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar.
• Proven financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
