Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Management Accountant to provide strategic financial insights across the organization. This fully remote role allows you to contribute from anywhere while collaborating with leadership.

You will develop management information systems, KPIs, budgeting, forecasts and financial models to drive profitability. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Management Accounting or Finance (CIMA preferred) and have at least 8 years FP&A and cost accounting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and professional qualification (e.g., CIMA) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare detailed management reports, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights.
• Design and implement KPIs to track business performance.
• Conduct cost accounting analysis and provide cost-reduction recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to align financial plans with objectives.
