Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a fully remote finance team. This role focuses on deep dives into financial data, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive growth and profitability across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in financial analysis or FP&A, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP and financial planning software, enabling accurate reporting and strategic recommendations in a remote, cross-geography

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and understand operational impacts.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and modeling activities.
