Placements24 is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial strategy and operations. This fully remote role allows you to contribute from anywhere in SA, including Port Elizabeth.

You will build models, craft business plans, and provide insights for executive decision-making in a fast-paced fintech environment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, CPA/CA or equivalent, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Requirements

• Experience with financial planning software and BI tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in the fintech or technology sector is a plus.
