Placements24 is recruiting a Remote E-commerce Specialist for a leading FMCG client. This fully remote role focuses on developing and executing e-commerce strategy, optimizing listings, driving traffic, and improving conversion rates across online platforms.

You will analyze performance metrics, work with marketing and sales, and stay ahead of digital trends. Requires 4+ years in e-commerce, knowledge of Shopify or Magento, and proficiency with Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in managing online product listings, optimizing conversion rates, and driving online sales.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand presence for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms, ensuring accuracy, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
• Drive online traffic through digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, CAC) and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional activities across online channels.
• Conduct market research on online trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Manage customer service inquiries and feedback received through online channels.
• Oversee inventory management for online sales channels, coordinating with the supply chain team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies, platforms, and best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
